Specialist mowers

This grant was used to supply 3 Flail mowers to Santa Fir Christmas Tree Farm to manage and control weeds that grow between the rows of Christmas trees. This will encourage the growth of wildflowers and improve biodiversity. The mowers also have a specialised dispensers attached which spray each tree at the base of the trunk reducing the amount of chemicals used on the plantation by 75%.
