Volunteer Equipment Surrey Hills Society

Surrey Hills Society, applied for a grant of £2,073.62 to purchase a collection of Tree Poppers. The Tree Poppers are being used to conserve and restore a range of sites across the Surrey Hills. The tools will be used by the Surrey Hills Societies dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers.

Tree poppers are a great tool as they will remove tree and shrub species from the root, therefore preventing unwanted trees from growing back, and having a lasting impact on the protected landscape.
