“I discovered mountain biking about 19 years ago. I love biking on my own and also more socially with a group. There is nothing better after a long week at work, getting up early on a Saturday morning and getting out to clear my head and blow the cobwebs away. The moment I set off I start feeling really good. You get a lot of physical benefits but the mental benefits of seeing a big blue sky, hills stretching out in every direction, the light through the trees it is just fantastically restorative.
