Surrey Choices at Manor farm

Surrey Choices Growth Team

Over the past few years, Surrey Hills Society has worked with the Surrey Choices Growth Team to carry out a range of conservation and access projects across the Surrey Hills. Surrey Choices, provide a range of support services which are dedicated to improving the independence, confidence and life skills of people with a range of disabilities, whatever their age, in their local community. The Growth Team carry out conservation and access projects all over Surrey, helping to enhance the countryside for people and nature, as well as providing volunteering opportunities and skills for members of the team.  Some of the projects they have been involved with include scrub clearance at Newlands Corner, tree and hedge planting, tree popping at the Hampton Estate, invasive plant removal and access work on public rights of way to name but a few!
