Application Process

To apply for our events:

  1. Read Terms and Conditions
  2. Complete the Application Form
  3. Upload Your Public Liability Insurance

Applications are assessed based on sustainability, local provenance, and quality. Surrey Hills Members receive priority booking and preferential rates. You will receive a response within 5 days of application.

Once confirmed, complete the Risk Assessment Form before the event.

Payment Policy

  • Invoices will be sent two months before the event and are due 4 weeks before the event
  • Any invoices raised in the four weeks leading up to the event are payable with immediate effect
  • For late payments less than one week prior to the event there will be a 20% admin fee

Stall holders who do not pay in accordance with these T&Cs may at the company’s discretion be refused a place at an event. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund: Cancellations made one month before the event.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior.
  • No refund: Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the event.
