Application Process
To apply for our events:
- Read Terms and Conditions
- Complete the Application Form
- Upload Your Public Liability Insurance
Applications are assessed based on sustainability, local provenance, and quality. Surrey Hills Members receive priority booking and preferential rates. You will receive a response within 5 days of application.
Once confirmed, complete the Risk Assessment Form before the event.
Payment Policy
- Invoices will be sent two months before the event and are due 4 weeks before the event
- Any invoices raised in the four weeks leading up to the event are payable with immediate effect
- For late payments less than one week prior to the event there will be a 20% admin fee
Stall holders who do not pay in accordance with these T&Cs may at the company’s discretion be refused a place at an event.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund: Cancellations made one month before the event.
- 50% refund: Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior.
- No refund: Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the event.
