Spring Welcoming hike & yoga retreat

Welcome Spring with a our body and soul nourishing retreat at a beautiful lake-side venue in Albury in the Surrey Hills with hiking, yoga, gong bath & plant based food.

Join us for our spring retreat to nurture your soul and your body. Starting with a stunning countryside hike led by local hiking guide Simone from Back on Track, we’ll connect with new growth of nature waking from its slumber. Afterwards, Danielle from Club Meditation will guide you through a yoga session celebrating new beginnings, providing just the right mix of relaxation and movement for your body to feel relaxed and ready for spring vibes.
Throughout the day you’ll be treated to a selection of nourishing plant-based snacks, lunch, smoothies, herbal teas and cake.
As its close to Mothers day (Sun 30th March) we are allowing extra time to treasure time together during a replenishing facial tutorial and free hand scrub and massage, or take time to just be.
The venue is stunning; Surrounded by lush green foliage, rustic beams with underfloor heating and floor to ceiling glass doors to view the beautiful fishing lakes and wildlife.
This is a collaboration between Simone from Back on Track and Danielle from Club Meditation.
About Danielle
Danielle has been teaching yoga and meditation for 12 years and has specialised in breathwork and guided yoga nidra.
She has also been health coaching for 4 years working with a variety of clients to help them become holistically healthy, this means working on all areas of life not just diet and exercise to ensure total authentic wellbeing.

Difficulty of walk: Easy 5-6km with some inclines (but we are taking it slow)
What to bring:
Comfortable hiking clothes, waterproofs, hats and gloves. A change of clothes to feel cosy and warm for the rest of the day.
Yoga mat, pillows and blankets, warm layers. Water bottle. Please let us know any nutritional requirements in advance.
