World Tai Chi and Qigong Day – weekly Qigong classes in the Surrey Hills
26 April 2025 @ 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Join us every week for class or sign up for the whole course and discover the life-changing magic of Qigong.

Today is World Tai Chi and Qigong Day, so if you haven’t tried either of these healing arts before, this is your perfect opportunity to join our regular weekly class and see if you like it.
Qigong (pronounced “chee gong”) is the ancient Chinese art of energy cultivation. Often described as a moving meditation, it combines gentle, flowing movements with deep breathing and focused intention.
It helps tap into the innate wisdom of the body, awakening its natural healing abilities. Relaxing, restoring and revitalising for mind, body and spirit, Qigong brings a sense of inner calm and a deeper connection with nature.
Led by certified Qigong instructor Sue Llewellyn of Surrey Hills Qigong, these classes are suitable for any level of fitness and can be done either standing up or sitting down. No experience necessary.
Join us every week for class and discover the life-changing magic of Qigong.

PS weather permitting classes will be held outside in the beautiful wooded grounds and gardens of Burrows Lea and if it’s raining, we’ll be indoors in the Healing Sanctuary.
