To start: Salad of radicchio, blood orange & fennel

Mains: Saganaki, feta & pistachio crusted lamb, turmeric potatoes, crispy leeks & purple sprouting broccoli with harissa & pomegranate dressing

Pudding: chocolate cheesecake with forced rhubarb & viola blossom
