Summer Solstice Journey with Cacao

Ceremonial cacao is a sacred plant medicine used by the Mayan for thousands of years.

A SPECIAL DAY
Nadine and Lisa are naturally able to fuse Forest Bathing and Journeying with Cacao and its teachings in a very special offering, the Earth being at the Heart of the day.

FOREST BATHING
We will begin our journey with Lisa, who will guide you through the forest, inviting you to use your senses to deepen your connection with nature. The summer solstice, meaning ‘light standing still’ is the perfect day to embrace stillness, helping us to notice and feel nature’s warmth around us.

LUNCH
We then enjoy a Maya inspired lunch. To ensure we are physically ready to receive the medicine of Cacao, we will be providing a light lunch.

KNOWLEDGE OF CACAO
We then gather in a sacred space to discover many teachings (production, preparation, consumption, usage, benefits) from Nadine, who has learned these teachings from her teacher, a spiritual leader who travelled for a decade throughout the Maya nations to gather knowledge, but most importantly, the wisdom surrounding cacao.

EXPERIENCE CACAO
We then experience the sacred moment of the preparation of ceremonial cacao and its sharing with deep intention. We continue with a sound journey to connect with our hearts, with the earth through different instruments leading us to intuitive oracle cards.

SOUND JOURNEY
We will be connecting through a sharing circle before ending the day with the soothing sound, vibrations and frequencies of the Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls.
