Wellbeing Wednesday – Hike and Evening Yoga

Join us for a beautiful lush evening walk in the Surrey Hills, followed by a deeply relaxing yoga session and a byo alfresco mini picnic in stunning scenery.

We’ll start our evening with a gentle 30min walk edging the Blackheath forest. Led by local hiking guide Simone from Back on Track, we’ll explore views over the Surrey Hills rolling hills and settle mindfully around a stunning scene by a watercress stream, leaving any stress behind.
Danielle from Club Meditation will then guide you through a relaxing and restorative Yoga tuning into nature’s sounds and smells.
To conclude our little wellness evening, you are invited to bring your own mini picnic and tea to dine alfresco on this stunning spot.
This is a collaboration between Simone from Back on Track and Danielle from Club Meditation.

Wellbeing Guides: Simone Dill and Danielle Thumwood
Danielle has been teaching yoga and meditation for 13 years and has specialised in breathwork and guided yoga. She has also been health coaching for 5 years working with a variety of clients to help them become holistically healthy – this means working on all areas of life, not just diet and exercise, to ensure total authentic wellbeing. Difficulty: Easy and relaxing, yoga is suitable for complete beginners. The ground may be uneven.
Duration: Approx 2-2.5h hours
What to bring: A Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing and warm layers, blanket.
Bring your own picnic. This is optional.
