- Live fire demos from Top Chefs, including Simon Taylor (Surrey Hills Butchers), Wayne Smith (Daddy Bear Grills) and Ian Jones (BBQ Magazine)
- Sally Codling of Black Box BBQ demonstrating pizza making on a Gozney BBQ.
- Premium cocktail-sausage sampling from award winning sausage maker Porky Whites (Sunday only)
- The Porky Whites Stage with demos, tastings and talks from local makers & producers
- Cornhole
- Outdoor fire cooking and demos all day in the Fire Garden
- Over 60 artisan stalls packed with Surrey Hills flavours, gifts and local crafts
- Fire performers and entertainers
- Street food, hot drinks and freshly poured Hogs Back beers
- Fire pits and toasted marshmallows in the sunken Fire garden
