We are the outdoor, expedition and wilderness First Aid experts delivering courses for over 22 years.

When working outdoors it can take more time for professional help to arrive, therefore remote first aid is a crucial life-saving skill. We believe that the best way to gain these skills is through hands-on, practical outdoor first aid training, which is enjoyable and leaves people with the knowledge and confidence to know what to do in an emergency.

The course content is primarily based in the outdoors and recreates emergency scenarios to test your knowledge of responding to an incident where help is not immediately available. Our course is taught through a range of practical scenarios and casualty simulation using the wonderful outdoor space of either Merrist Wood College or Bramley Sports Fields.

This course is a Level 3 Outdoor First Aid course, and the content is based on current guidelines published by:

UK Resuscitation Council
Wilderness Medical Society
