The ultimate Sunday Feel Good Experience – a 2hr Yoga Experience in the beautiful riverside Boathouse in Guildford.

We’re bringing you the ultimate Sunday Feel Good Experience with 90 minutes of yoga – including healing movement and Yoga Nidra -plus joining us will be Dorothy Lip, an expert Tea Sommelier, to talk to you about finding the right tea to boost wellbeing.
WHAT IS IT?
Join us for a 2hr Yoga Experience in the beautiful riverside Boathouse in Guildford. Next to the River Wey, this tranquil location is the perfect place to help clear the cobwebs and re-energise.
The Feel Good Yoga practice is broken into 3 parts:
– A Mindful Yin to Yang Practice
– Tea Break with expert Tea Sommelier Dorothy Lip
– An Intention Setting Yoga Nidra
The full 2 hrs has been designed to take attendees on a personal journey using the breath with movement to connect body and mind before being guided into a calm restorative state. The sequence finishes with an incredible meditation prepared uniquely for this Experience.
For our April session, Dorothy Lip, our expert Tea Sommelier, will be sharing her wisdom around Oolong tea. We’ll explore it’s origins and health benefits out on the Little Boathouse balcony, overlooking the river Wey. Dorothy will be on hand to answer any questions whilst we take time for yourself.
FEEL GOOD YOGA
Feel Good Yoga is a restorative experience designed to nurture well-being through mindful movement, connection, and deep relaxation. Sessions begin with an hour of gentle, mindful yoga to bring awareness to body and breath, fostering presence and release. Afterward, participants enjoy a relaxing tea break, offering time to connect and listen to insights from special guests including Nutritionists, Alchemists and Coaches, answering your questions on living well. The experience concludes with a soothing Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation for profound rest, leaving attendees refreshed, centered, and grounded in a sense of ease.The classes are crafted to support both the mind and body in finding calm, balance, and a lasting sense of “feeling good.”
WHO’S IT FOR?
Anyone – whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or have practised before, these sessions are aimed at anyone looking for ways to feel good. Set in a comfortable and supportive environment, attendees are welcomed to engage or disengage as much as they choose.
