Explore this hidden gem of trails, landscaped gardens, fine woodlands and farmed fields wrapped with some fantastic stories behind it. Located deceptively close to the charming market town of Dorking, this walk takes you straight into the countryside to experience a number of bygone ages as you visit an elegant 19th Century Garden with a Temple, a Tower and a Terrace before walking further into the countryside to hear the tragic tale of the Hope Mausoleum before visiting the remains of a medieval castle. A mix of landscaped gardens, fine woodlands and farmed fields makes for a walk with not only great variety but some fantastic stories. Your guide will share over a 100 years of amazing history of this interesting location.
