Who are we?

An exhibition, featuring photographic portraits by Cranleigh based photographer Sian Tyrrell, intended to reclaim the portrait as a true representation of who we are, by going beyond what we look like and exploring our stories.

The exhibition features diverse photographic portraits of many local people, highlighting aspects of their personality through visual storytelling. Each image is accompanied by three words reflecting what the photographer learnt about the sitter during the photographic process.

The exhibition and accompanying events will encourage self-love and self-expression and empower people to appear without fear of judgement, as their authentic selves
