Cacao Ceremony

Cacao is a profound plant medicine that has been used for generations as a heart medicine that can offer physical, emotional and spiritual healing. As we journey through the doors of our hearts, Sam will talk you through the history of cacao, the compounds, benefits and cultural appropriation, what makes it ceremonial grade cacao, as well as the difference between ceremonial grade cacao vs. chocolate.

After we have sipped our ceremonial dosage of cacao from Peru, Sam will guide you on a journey deep into our hearts with some drumming followed by a little embodiment and a sharing circle to close the ceremony.
