Foraging Walk with Erda Botanical Crafting Workshop
6 June 2025 @ 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Join us for this unique foraging walk, learning about and collecting botanicals to create your own botanical centre piece or decoration.

This 1.5h walk will be co-hosted by Becky from Erda Botanicals, a very talented florist from Lancashire who roams the UK in 2025 to share her craft and wisdom of making stunning natural botanical centre pieces. Her workshops back home are very popular and this is a unique opportunity to create something very special for yourself or as a gift.
Blackheath Forest and heathland is ideal for a stunning walk with its tall pine trees, colourful heathland and many areas of moss and fauna. This is your time to roam, and be part of Becky’s journey here in the Surrey Hills.
At the cosy Blackheath Village hall, Becky will guide us to create stunning table pieces, glass bowl gardens*, wall hangings etc with our foraged botanicals and found items. We will provide some moss and wire to get you started. Bring your own glass containers if you like. Snacks and drinks provided.
Meet your Co-host Becky from Erda Botanicals:
Becky, is a florist, a flower grower, a botanical artist and a forager of botanical elements.
After 25 years of acting, a change in her career led her to a movement called Flowers From the Farm, which promotes and champions British grown flowers, grown on whatever sized plot is available. Becoming a home grower and qualified florist, she supplied weddings, funerals and events. Her style evolved and she found herself creating arrangements that looked like as if they’d been plucked from the woodland.
Becky will create these special worlds with us and share the process of making and connecting to the nature we work in. It’s time to nurture the soul and creativity.
