Forest bathing is so much more than a walk in the woods. Forest bathing is a natural, gentle, yet effective way to restore and recharge and maintain our wellbeing. When we forest bathe we intentionally create space and time in our busy lives to slow down and breathe deeply to reconnect with the natural world. Time to simply notice what is present. To see the forest from a new perspective. To gain a sense of community from like-minded souls and through a series of gently guided practices we can engage our senses and find opportunities to rest, reflect, and recharge. It’s rare and precious time without devices, dogs, or the little ones we so often walk in the forest with. No distractions. Just you and nature.
