Herbal Tea Workshop

Spend a morning learning about the properties of herbal teas, how to mix them, and mindfully make them. The teas you will learn to make have medicinal benefits, such as those for calming, menstrual pains and anxiety, as well as those that are simply delicious! Choose from over 30 herbs, flowers, roots and spices. You will go home with 3 sets of teas, each set with beautiful, individually made sachets created by you, along with calm and tranquility from mindful time spent with nature.

Weather permitting, we may also spend some time outside identifying medicinal herbs to forage for tea.
