By popular demand its back to the Stunning Bourne Wood, near Farnham. This unique setting makes it a very sought after film location for many blockbusters.
Walk through the isolated pine clad sandy hills of western Surrey with a mix of woodland, open heath and one of the famous Frensham Ponds
This walk takes in a number of interesting locations including a an absolute gem of a stop over at the Farnham micro-brewery, a RSPB nature reserve but is probably most famous as the iconic filming location for a number of films including Harry Potter, Gladiator, Games of Thrones and more recently Napoleon.
Come along and enjoy a relatively easy walk amongst stunning scenery and find out more about the geography and history of this beautiful landscape.
Duration: Approx 4.5h including breaks

Martin is a North Downs Way Ambassador and very passionate about the outdoors and hiking.
He is an experienced walking, mountain and expedition leader who splits his time between the South of England, the Welsh Mountains and Overseas trips.
Having lived in the Surrey Hills all of his life, we are excited to have Martin on board to lead some new walks and share his knowledge in the amazing countryside closer to home.
