Laughter yoga is amazing stress relief, getting you out of your head and into your body in an incredibly effective way. This workshop is designed to chase your cares away, boost your immune system and increase your resilience. Bring a friend and double the benefits!

Sessions are fun & relaxed, combining movement, breathing and laughter exercises. Many people feel awkward or uncomfortable at first but don’t worry, the upsides are worth the temporary social discomfort! No downward dogs in this yoga, it’s all about getting a good DOSE… ..
