In pursuit of mountain challenges and resilience. An evening of meditation and talk by the Warrior Monk.
A unique opportunity to meet Krish Thapa in a peaceful setting discussing the importance of mindset, meditation and pursuing your goals.
Krish has a totally unique approach when it comes to scaling a challenge. His journey of discovery begins with exploring body, mind and soul. By increasing sensory perception and self-awareness together with mind/body control it is possible to improve both mental health and long-term wellbeing.
The evening starts with a guided group meditation practice, then for approximately one-hour Krish will share his stories and wisdom, providing all of us with the motivation to think differently about the resilience already present within ourselves. We will enjoy a few minutes of powerful silent meditation and then finish the evening with an opportunity to meet Krish personally, accompanied by traditional Nepali tea and light refreshments.
An inspiring evening offering huge potential to positively impact your goal setting, confidence and outlook on life in general.
Who is the Warrior Monk?
Krish is a world-class high-altitude mountaineer and ex-SAS Mountain leader who has also spent time at the front line in Iraq and Afghanistan. In May 2023, Krish lead the team guiding Hari Budha, first double amputee to summit Everest. Through his service as a monk, meditation has been his guiding light to spirituality, courage and control. He is passionate about integrating ancient wisdom and philosophy into modern leadership and performance.
Krish will share his warrior mindset advice with us on how to achieve our goals and transcend our limitations. Very helpful for upcoming hiking challenges and life’s challenges in general!
This is an incredibly unique opportunity to see Krish in a private setting, as opposed to the talks he usually does for bigger audiences.
