Be closer to nature by learning to forage mushrooms mindfully and ethically. You will forage one or two specific mushrooms so that you can finish the session much more confident. You will learn to confidently forage at least one specific mushroom: the penny bun, also known as porcini and/or bay boletes (related to the penny bun) or the Winter Chanterelle. We finish our walk with a taste of wild food made with foraged mushrooms as well as feel the calm and tranquility of mindful time spent in nature.
