Join this 5-6 mile circular hike, walking through the beautiful redwood forest, continuing on to charming Coldharbour village, home to historic houses, then on to Leith Hill, the second highest point in the South East England. We then walk back to Coldharbour, crossing the River Tillingbourne on the north slope of Leith Hill. During this walk, we will learn about nature, foraging, natural navigation and practice forest bathing.

FORAGING You will be amazed with how many edible and medicinal plants and trees are around us. The knowledge you will gain from Lisa’s decade of foraging experience will be sure to surprise you.

FOREST BATHING Connect further with nature by using your senses to appreciate the beauty and lessons in life that nature provides for us. With Lisa’s Japanese and Hawaiian heritage, where nature is revered, learn and experience the beauty and power of nature for our wellbeing.

NATURAL NAVIGATION Nature provides many clues, communicating to you a compass for direction and so much more than just her sheer beauty.

You will go home with a HINOKI gift of a set of specially blended herbal teas for the season and a pocket size first aid balm made with foraged herbs.
