A heart-warming and soothing winter retreat at a beautiful lakeside venue in Albury in the Surrey Hills with hiking, yoga, gong bath, cacao ceremony & nourishing food

Join us for our winter retreat to nurture your soul and your body. We’ll start with a stunning countryside hike along Surrey’s wintery trails led by local hiking guide Simone from Back on Track. Afterwards, Danielle from Club Meditation will guide you through a heart warming yoga session providing just the right mix of relaxation and movement for your body to feel restored and relaxed.
Throughout the day you’ll be treated to a selection of nourishing plant-based snacks, lunch, smoothies, and warming herbal teas and cake. There will be plenty of time to pause and relax on your own or opt to receive a replenishing facial tutorial or free hand massage.
The venue is stunning;. Warm and rustic with underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling glass doors offering views of the beautiful fishing lakes and wildlife.
This is a collaboration between Simone from Back on Track and Danielle from Club Meditation.
About Danielle
Danielle has been teaching yoga and meditation for 12 years and has specialised in breathwork and guided yoga nidra.
She has also been health coaching for 4 years working with a variety of clients to help them become holistically healthy, this means working on all areas of life not just diet and exercise to ensure total authentic wellbeing.

Difficulty of walk: Easy 5-6km with some inclines (but we are taking it slow)
What to bring:
Comfortable hiking clothes, waterproofs, hats and gloves. A change of clothes to feel cosy and warm for the rest of the day.
Yoga mat, pillows and blankets, warm layers. Water bottle. Please let us know any nutritional requirements in advance.
