Mains

Roasted skin on chicken breast or butternut & mushroom wellington (butternut squash, assorted mushrooms, spinach & thyme encased in flaky puff pastry) served with hogs in blankets, sage & onion stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, seasonal veg & fresh gravy.

Dessert

Black forest mousse – chocolate brownie layered with rich chocolate ganache & black cherry compote topped with Chantilly cream or vegan chocolate sponge covered with dark chocolate, vegan ganache, chocolate drizzle & candied orange peel
