8 November 2024 @ 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Join us for Women’s Wellness Walks, where we prioritize health, connection, and movement. A 6mile/10km loop from lush Holmbury to Abinger

Join us for a 6.5 mile womens Wellness Walk. Starting at lush bridle ways towards Holmbury Hill, we will take in the view point before heading along The Greensand Way, traversing fields and woodlands before reaching Abinger Common.
We are planning a stop at our favourite outdoor Heartwork Cafe near Holmbury St Mary before we circle back to the start.
It’s a beautiful walk and a great space to meet like minded women, laugh, chat and bond.
These walks are tailored to women seeking a supportive environment to unwind, reflect, and prioritize their well-being. Led by Jenn , these walks offer a blend of gentle exercise, opportunities to meet new people and connect with nature. You’ll find our Women’s Walks are around 5 miles and a more relaxed walking pace. These walks are aimed at women at any stage of life but with extra support and training for those experience menopause symptoms.
Our Women’s Wellness Walks provide a nurturing space for self-care and empowerment.
This walk is co-hosted by Jenn who comes all the way from Kent to share her wisdom and passion for hiking and women’s well-being. Jenn runs Womens Wellness Walks in Kent. She is trained in hormonal health and my passion is bringing women into the outdoors to connect with nature and each other. It can not be under estimated how important it is to find your tribe.
