Join us at a beautiful lush green hill-top venue in Abinger for a hearty 1-hour hike in the Surrey Hills taking in spectacular views, followed by a deeply relaxing 1-hour yoga session.
We’ll start our evening with a gentle 1h hike around Surrey Hills gems Gomshall and Abinger.
Led by local hiking guide Simone from Back on Track we’ll follow some lush woodland paths with hill-top views to settle you into a more mindful mood and leave any stress behind.
Danielle from Club Meditation will then guide you through an hour of relaxing and restorative Yoga in a breath-taking terraced garden setting.
If the weather is not summery, we can retreat into the spacious barn conversion with character beams and floor to ceiling windows.
To conclude our little mini retreat, you are invited to join us for a refreshing dip in the outdoor heated swimming pool, or just to relax by the pool or any of the many chill-out areas in and around the barn.
Light snacks and healthy juices are provided to complement our nourishing evening.
This is a collaboration between Simone from Back on Track and Danielle from Club Meditation. Spaces are limited.
What to bring:
A Yoga mat, water, comfortable clothing layers.
Ensure an early dinner or bring more substantial food for after the yoga if required.

The entrance to the Barns is on the A25, look out for a Back on Track flag outside the electric wooden barn gates.
Walking distance from Gomshall Station- approximately 20 min walk.
About Danielle
Danielle has been teaching yoga and meditation for 12 years and has specialised in breathwork and guided yoga nidra.
She has also been health coaching for 4 years working with a variety of clients to help them become holistically healthy, this means working on all areas of life not just diet and exercise to ensure total authentic wellbeing.
