This workshop is for those who have their own basket project in mind or for beginners or those wishing to practice their newly acquired basket-making skills further.

In this one-day workshop you will learn the techniques used for weaving a Willow Basket or Tray.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or those who wish to practise their skills. You will also learn about Willow, how it is grown, how to prepare Willow, and the traditional basket weaving techniques used.
Lorraine will be on hand to assist with independent designs or teach a suitable design if you are a beginner and will provide sufficient materials for one basket.
If additional materials for your project are required these can be purchased as an add-on.
Tea, Coffee and biscuits will be provided.
