Nature offers a bounty to forage. We will learn forage culinary and medicinal plants, and receive a follow up with photos and explanation of the plant nutritional and medicinal benefits. We finish our walk with a taste of wild food made with foraged ingredients and foraged herbal tea and tonics. You will also receive a sample of homemade herbal medicine made with foraged plants. We will also learn to forage WILD GARLIC.
