Treetop experience with tree climbing, sky tents and zip wire

£15The Tree climbing and zip wire experience is one of the highlights of the Surrey Hills Wood Fair!
During your hour long treetop experience, you will be able to:-
- safely climbing to the very tops of the trees
- enjoy the thrill of the zip wire
- oscillate in a sky-pod
- relax in the tree top canopy
- peep into the wildlife in the tree tops
- lounge on the chesterfield sofa
- connect with the natural world and see life from new perspectives!
Not only is it an adrenaline rush, it builds confidence by taking you, your friends and family out of your comfort zone and encouraging you to challenge yourself and see the world from a different perspective!
Tree climbers support and encourage one another building team work as they trust and rely on each other, testing balance and co-ordination.
You will be in a group of eight supported by a fully qualified instructors, so come along as a group, climb with your kids or with friends.
Tree climbing is a very popular activity at the Wood Fair so morning slots need to be booked in advance.
Who can have a go?
Tree climbing is suitable for almost anyone; however the below criteria does apply:
• Six years old or over (there’s no maximum age limit)
• Haven’t been advised by a doctor not to take up strenuous exercise
Anyone with mobility issues or disabilities* will also be able to join in, as there are special harnesses to enable them to climb trees too!
Please note that children aged 6 – 12 must climb with an adult who will need to purchase their own ticket.
*Carers of those with a disability will not have the pay the entrance fee to the Surrey Hills Wood Fair.

Tickets can also be booked on the day for £20 per person – however, please be aware that spaces fill up very fast

Your tree climbing, sky tent pods and zip wire experience will last approximately 1 hour.
What should I wear?
Trousers are a must to make the harness fit. Boots or shoes are essential so no sliders or flip flops!
Tie long hair back to prevent tangles, and remove any jewellery.
Please ensure you are at the tree-climbing desk at least 5 mins before your session begins.
Where does it take place?
The Tree-climbing takes place at the Surrey Hills Wood Fair, Fish Pond Copse, Within Cranleigh Show Ground, Bookhurst Road, Cranleigh, Surrey GU6 7DW

Cancellation policy: Refunds will only be given if a cancellation is made before the 1st of September 2023. If you are unable to make your session or you miss the time slot of your session on the day we not able to offer refunds or alternative slots.
