The Surrey Hills National Landscape believes the countryside should be truly accessible for the enjoyment and appreciation of everyone.

Working with partners across the landscape, we have helped fund a small number of accessible trails, each unique in what they can offer the visitor.

Whether exploring the location where Agatha Christie famously staged her disappearance on Box Hill, trailing the scenes of a maritime murder far from the sea by the Devil’s Punch Bowl or finding time to converse and take in the views in Hurtmore, our routes allow you to experience some of the history, culture and natural beauty the Surrey Hills has to offer.

With each route, we aim to capture those elements which will allow you to plan a successful day out into the countryside. Should you have further suggestions on how we can improve this information, please send them to info@surreyhills.org

You can visit Wheelmap.org and use their search tool to preview the accessibility of a large range of countryside locations.
