When and where is the Surrey Hills Wood Fair 2026?

The Surrey Hills Wood Fair takes place on 12th & 13th September, at the Fish Pond Copse, in the Cranleigh showground. Gates open at 10am each day, close at 4pm.

How do I get to the Surrey Hills Wood Fair?

It’s easy to get to the Wood Fair!

Check out the Location and transport tab for more details.

Accessibility

  • Disabled car parking: Located by the stallholder entrance, you can park your car and then directly enter the event field. Please drive through the main event gate off of the main road and speak to a car parking attendant for directions.
  • Surface: Most stalls are within the event field. This is a mostly flat, grassy open field. However, it can get muddy in wet conditions and can be susceptible to cracking in very dry weather. There are a small number of stalls within a woodland area, which is mostly flat but does have some tree roots.
  • Toilets: Disabled toilets are available, more information – https://loos.co.uk/loos/accessible-facilities/
  • Quiet zones: There will be a quiet zone within the woodland area, shared by our partners at Shooting Star.
  • Off-road wheelchairs: We have a limited number of off-road wheelchairs available to hire for free. Please contact info@surreyhills.org by Thursday 10 September so we can check availability for hire and how we can support.

How much are tickets?

Advance tickets are £12.50 per adult until September 1st. They are then £15 online and on the gate.

Children under 16 go free.

What’s included in my ticket?
